What can I upload?
PDFs (slides, notes, study guides, past exams) and photos of the board or your notebook, up to 150 pages and 30 MB in total. Or paste text. If a PDF is too big, save it again with smaller images, or upload only the lectures this exam covers.
How long does it take?
Usually about a minute. Keep the screen open while it works.
Is this cheating?
No: it's practice from materials you already have, like making your own practice test. Never use it during a graded exam, quiz or assignment.
Can I send my practice exam to my class?
Yes. After you finish an exam, tap "Get a link for your class" on its results page. Each classmate who opens the link gets their own copy, free, and never sees your answers or score. When 3 classmates finish it, you get one more free exam.
How accurate are the questions?
They are written by AI and can be wrong. Every question shows the page or photo it came from, so check it there. If one looks wrong, tap "This question looks wrong" on the results page.
How do I use it on my laptop?
With a pass: on your phone, open Account and tap "Show a sign-in code", then type the code at examtwin.com/signin on your laptop. Or email yourself a sign-in link.
Does it renew? How do I cancel?
A pass is one payment for 30 days. It never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Your first exam is free, so you can try it before you pay.
Is there a limit?
With a pass, up to 10 new exams a day and 60 per 30 days.
I lost my phone. How do I get back in?
Email contact@examtwin.com from the address you paid with. We'll send you a sign-in link.
